As required under the Privacy Act 2009, all patient information is strictly confidential. From time to time, we conduct a survey of patient views of the practice. These surveys are important in helping us to continue to provide a quality service. If you are unhappy with any aspect of the care you receive from our practices, we are keen to know about it.
